ALL OFFSHORE is founded on over 18 years of experience working with the design and application of dynamic positioning (DP) systems, including one of the first integrations of DP into cruise ships.
In a previous role, our Managing Director was responsible for turning The Dynamic Positioning Centre into the world’s premier training facility for DP operators, including its expansion from one permanent centre to six and the refinement of its courses. He continues to work with the top professionals in the industry, providing technical and operational guidance to oil majors and operators on a global basis.
In addition to his technical knowledge, All Offshore benefits from his experience working as a fleet manager for a shipping company, which included bringing new vessels into service, implementing training programmes for new crews and setting up career progression plans for junior staff. As a result, we have a detailed understanding of the challenges our clients face – in terms of both operating and maintaining their vessels.
Our senior team also includes two experts on Maritime & DP Operational issues, a business specialist who was HR Director for the UK part of a 20,000-employee technology design and manufacturing company and independent consultant with six years’ experience in developing training programmes and competency schemes.
